R&D PROJECT: BEAM WELDER.
Techniques to generate ideas: We start with this project because it is a need of builders, we make a questionnaire to the builders, and we make a market study todetermine the construction companies necessities to invest on the project.
The members of the R&D project make the decision to make a questionnaire to various construction companies to know abouttheir problems at the moment of building.
We decide to choice a device which improves the weld form on construction in the civil engineer area, we choose this device because now at days theconstruction is a activity which represent a risk for the person who is working. the robowelder is used to weld beams and steel but his advantage is that the person who is working is in a safe area because it isused to remote control it has a radio of 1 km, it is designed to climb on narrow spaces and dangerous places where the humans can not go to easy, it has 4 bionic arms for climbing on steel, it has avacuum dispositive to improve his climbing on the skyscrapers.

Technical area: This area is responsible to generate ideas to operate the robot. It’s the responsible to bring all the information and test the robots, this area provides all the supportto the client.
Administrative area: This area is responsible for keeping track of expenses that come to occur during the project, as well as know how to manipulate the capital resources for monetarylosses are very small. Also, knowing how to sell the project to other construction companies offering low prices and excellent quality.
