INTRODUCTION

We make a presentation in English in which we will make arepresentation on a real estate,  where a lady came to buy a house and the salesperson begin to show a model describing everything in it. It`s a model of a house with two floors.

DESCRIPTIONSalesperson: Good afternoon
Salesperson: Welcome to the real estate new home my name is Yesica Muñoz could I help you?

Purchaser: Nice to meet you my name is Viviana Botero and I am lookingfor a house
Salesperson: Ok, Mrs. Botero are you looking to buy or to rent the house?
Purchaser: I want to buy
Salesperson: Are you looking for furnished or unfurnished?
Purchaser: Itbetter furnished
Salesperson: What price range are you thinking of?
Purchaser: Umm, I think about 2.000 dollars
Salesperson: Ok, I`m going to show you one of our best properties
Salesperson: This is asmall sample of the house, it has two floors, downstairs, there is a kitchen, a living room, a diving room and a small yard.
Purchaser: Ohh!! It`s great I like it because my house don`t have a yardSalesperson: In the kitchen there is a stove, a sink also there are two cabinets next to it there is a refrigerator, In the living room there are two couchs and a coffee table in front of it and a TVon the wall. The dining room has a dining table and four chairs, there is a painting, and finally in the yard there is a washing machine, a laundry and a clothesline.
Salesperson: Upstairs, thereare two bathrooms, two bedrooms and study room. The bathrooms have a shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a small mirror one of the bathrooms is located in the main room and the other in the corridor....
