Introducción

En este trabajo hablare de Realismo Jurídico el cual estará divido en cinco capítulos de acuerdo a sus distintas concepciones jurídicas: el primer capítulo lleva el título de “Antecedentes del Realismo Jurídico Clásico”, el segundo capítulo se denomina “Realismo Jurídico Clásico”, el tercer capítulo lleva por título “RealismoJurídico Escandinavo”, el cuarto lo llamare “Realismo jurídico Norteamericano” y por último el capitulo cinco lleva por nombre “Expositores del Realismo Jurídico Norteamericano”
En general en este trabajo defino a profundidad cada una de las distintas acepciones que a mi parecer son las más importantes del Realismo Jurídico.
