Chicken Salad (Chicken)
ingredients:

* For 4 guests
* A chicken breast orchicken.
* 1 chicken bouillon cube
* 1 clove garlic
* 1 slice of garlic stalk Porro
* 3 large potatoes
* 3 large carrots
* 1 can of whole grain corn
* 1/2 can of peas (pitipuá)
* 1 egg (optional)* Mayonnaise
* Worcestershire sauce
* Lemon juice to taste
* salt to taste
Tip: To give more flavor can mix the mayonnaise with two large spoonful of broth where you cooked the chicken.

Note:I did not put no onions or mustard that I consider invasive flavors. Are so strong that alter the role of the other ingredients.

Preparation: breast either chicken or chicken is clean (you canremove the skin and fat). Put water to boil, add the cube, the bit of reefer garlic and then the breast.

After 1 hour of cooking. When it is ready, put cool, separate save a little chicken broth andthen "esmechar" into small strips.

Chop carrots, diced, like potatoes. Boil water medium heat, add the carrots wait about 10 minutes and then add the potatoes cook everything for 30 minutes. As thecarrots are softened hard and long it is best to put them first and wait; because if you put everything at once, mashed potatoes become. Drain and let stand.
Open can of corn and peas.
