Receiving Gifts Policy

In the past months SFP has received many complains form their customers and the people in general that has the right to use their services. Most ofthem complain about the corruption they have inside their offices. They argued that people that give some gifts to the employees has the chance to finish their activitiesfaster than the others and without any inconvenience.

This is why SFP has made contact with us to present a solution to this problem. Our team has thought that we shouldpresent you with a list of what is permitted and forbidden.

Forbidden:

• Any personal invitation should be rejected immediately, this includes:
o Trips.
o Meals.o Special events.
• Any quantity of money in cash, credit, check or electric transference should be rejected.
• Gifts in kind with a value above $1000 pesos cannot beaccepted by any employee.


If an employee is subjected to a situation in which a customer offers any of the mentioned gifts, has the obligation of rejecting it, first byspeaking directly to the customer, and, if they insist, they should report immediately to his superior in charge.

Allowed:

• Gifts in kind with a value below $1000.

Thiskind of gifts can be accepted but only as a gratification for the realized job, not as a requirement to fulfill it.

Before accepting it, this activity should be reported tothe superior in charge so he can evaluate the situation. Based on his knowledge, he will accept or reject the gift for his employee.

If any employee accepts a gift outsidethese parameters, he will be accused of corruption and delivered to the responsible authorities.
