RECIPE PIES ONION AND CHEESE

Ingredients

 PIES Dough

2 large onions, chopped

½ cup milk

1 pepper, chopped


100 grams of grated cheese

3 hardboiled eggs chopped

Preparation
• Place butter in a pan, add the onions and peppers,
cook slowly without browning, add milk and cook alltogether 10 minutes.
• Remove from heat and add the cheese and boiled
eggs, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg; mix and
allow to cool.
• Take the disks of dough, put in each one a little of thestuffing prepared, pressing them together with your
fingers and form a repulgue around.
• Place patties on baking trays pre-moistened with
water; paint with beaten egg and place in hot ovenuntil golden brown; few minutes before end of
cooking sprinkle with sugar to acquire brightness and
a slightly sweet taste
