RECONOCIMIENTO DE MITOSIS EN TEJIDOS VEGETALES
RESUMEN
Nos reunimos en ellaboratorio con el fin de observar las diferentes fases de la mitosis por medio de la aplicación de soluciones a un tejido vegetal.
Para nuestro laboratorio utilizamos lossiguientes elementos: raicillas de cebolla cabezona, soluciones de Orceina A, Orceina B, papel filtro, bisturí, vaso precipitado, vidrio de reloj, mechero, trípode, pinzas, láminasportaobjetos y cubreobjetos, gotero, microscopio y malla de cobesto.
Empezamos a trabajar cortando las raicillas de la cebolla, aplicamos orceina A y B, y los dejamos actuar,luego lo pusimos al sol 10 minutos, colocamos las raicillas encima del portaobjetos y lo cubrimos con el cubreobjetos y lo oprimimos con el pulgar, para finalizar lo observamos conel microscopio.

SUMMARY
We met in the laboratory in order to observe the different phases of the mitosis bymeans of the application of solutions to a vegetable fabric.
For our laboratory we use the following elements: raicillas of onion cabezona, Orceina's A solutions, Orceina B,paper I leak, scalpel, precipitated glass, glass of clock, burner, tripod, tweezers, sheets microscope slide and cubreobjetos, dropper, microscope and mesh of cobesto.
We startworking cutting the raicillas of the onion, we apply orceina A and B, and leave them to act, then we put it to the Sun 10 minutes, placed the raicillas on the microscope slideand covered it with the cubreobjetos and oppressed it with the thumb, to finish observed it with the microscope.
