Introducción

En el presente informe se encuentra desarrollada una investigación realizada al prestigioso Hotel Ritz Carlton Santiago, en else analiza su estructura organizacional enfocada hacia los recursos humanos, de qué manera se enfrentan a sus conflictos y al funcionamiento general de esta, se reconocerán problemas a los que daremos soluciones concretas y especificas. Además se analiza el organigrama interno de la empresa y como está dividida la empresa por cargos.
Para comenzar podemos decir que los Hoteles Ritz Carltonpertenecen a una sociedad de 5 hermanos, accionistas de otros hoteles con bastante experiencia en cuanto a hotelería y calidad de servicio, por esto es reconocida como una de las cadenas mas importantes dentro del rubro turístico.
