1. Marketing department must to manage Customer Relationships through keep current customers happy, this may include giving customers regular interaction with thecompany, letting them know about new products, and providing value after the first sale.
2. They must to support Strategic Plan developing their promotional efforts to support the goals that thecompany lays out in its strategic plan.
3. They must to develop Promotions to promote the products, services, mission and brand identity of our company.
4. They must to boost Sales; they meetwith the sales staff and develop materials that will assist in selling the company's products and services. By consulting with salespeople, the marketing department must be able to develop more effectivematerials and promotions.
5. The department must to stay Informed because trends in marketing can appear quickly and they are responsible for staying on top of them.
