A SHORT STORY

A morning in May I was in the Prague’s airport. You will be asking yourself, why am I telling you this?
Because I would like to show you that sometimes it isbetter don’t make plans and let the things just happen.
Well, I was with my best friend in the airport after two interminable days in the city. Supposedly we were going tocelebrate the end of my friend’s degree at the University. We had been planning that trip for three months and everything should be perfect, but it wasn’t as we had imagined.
Tostart, we lost the bus which should get us to the airport to get Prague that afternoon. The driver told us that there was a trouble with our tickets and we didn’t have room inthat bus. Due to it, we had to wait until the next day and buy a new plane tickets (more expensive than the first ones, of course).
When our plane land in Prague and we went outto the airport we take a taxi to get down town. Once we had got off the taxi, we were stole by a guy with a mask. So there we were, without money either passport like in theworst of your nightmares.
We tried to think what we had to do and keep calm. We decided to go to our Embassy in Prague. But it was Sunday and once there we realized that theEmbassy was closed. I only feel like crying. We started to ask for money in the closer square, explaining our situation to the people was there.
Suddenly, one couple came over usand offered to spend that night at their home. We were so frustrated that we accepted it, although we didn’t know them (thanks good they were just good persons who tried to helpus).
Next morning, we came back to the Embassy and, finally, we got the way to return to our home.
And that is the reason which I was in the Prague’s airport a morning in May.
