Procurement system compared to the new labor reform.
The current procurement system is based on contracts for a fixed period, usually between six and twelve months, and so-called "floor workers" whowork for the company that hires them for an indefinite period of time. Both are paid between fifty two and nine sixty pesos monthly for services rendered, plus certain benefits, such as healthinsurance, child care in the case of women who recently gave birth, among others.
Labor reform proposes to incorporate new types of contracts based on test periods, initial training contracts andtemporary contracts, which opens the way for workers to be fired before acquiring whole benefits of a plant worker.

Personally, I have had very positive experiences occupationally, of course, better than others.
An example is when I was workingin the coca cola company; working conditions there are very good, better than some local companies. Before that I was working a couple of months as a in the company charger Pascual. And if the workenvironment there is pretty good, but compared to that of Coke, there's a big difference: the supervisors in Coca-cola are more alert of the work than the supervisors in Pascual, Coca pay us better forthe overtime than Pascual, and they offer the best employment benefits in the market, like vacations, a rest day every week and some times, surpluses in the production.

Well, actually, I haven’t had much experiences, just a couple of half-times job. But I hope there is a big difference between those works part-time and full-time jobs.
Above all, Ihope that payments are better in full-time work than in part-time job; that the treatment is better and, of course, that the benefits in a full-time job are better than in part-time jobs. It would be...
