Management: Is the manager who is responsible for complete the organization goals, and who does planning,organizing, leading and controlling the efforts for others peoples.
Management theories: setting
Planning: is setting goals for doing rules and procedures for those who works for projecting the futurefor the Company.
Organizing: is the identification for the job be done, hiring people, establishing departments, delegating opportunity for others, and coordinating works of subordinates.
Leading:own learning about leadership and professional learning. Leadings means influencing the others people to get the job done. Have control the morale, molding the company and managing conflicts andcommunication.
Controlling: is setting standards comparing performance with standards and taking actions.
Globalization: refers the tendency of extend their sales. Means more competition and pressure toimprove.
