RESUMEN
Las relaciones internacionales como disciplina científica inician su recorrido a partir de la Primera Guerra Mundial,pero tienen sus fundamentos históricos en otras disciplinas más antiguas, que en mayor o menor medida, han contribuido a su desarrollo. Esta fue creada con el deseo de restablecer un orden de paz y seguridad. Con esto buscar el bienestar de la sociedad para brindar una mejor calidad de vida a todos los ciudadanos a nivel internacional.

Con el objetivo de proponer posibles soluciones basándoseen conocimientos que permitan analizar mejor la problemática de la política exterior para dar una respuesta de manera objetiva con la principal esperanza de mejorar el mundo en el cual vivimos.

xxxxxInternational relations as a discipline begin their journey from the First World War, but they have their historical foundations oldest in other disciplines, to a greater or lesserextent, have contributed to its development. This was created with the desire to restore an order of peace and security. With that seek the welfare of society to provide a better quality of life for all citizens worldwide.

xxxxxIn order to propose possible solutions based on knowledge to better analyze the problems of foreign policy to respond objectively to the main hope of improving theworld in which we live.
