Asegurar la asistencia de lo que el cliente solicita. Ejemplo ( Con mucho gustovoy a realizar su recarga en estos momentos).
Comentar al cliente acerca de la política sobre las recargas Internacionales, las cuales NO TIENEN REEMBOLSO.
Es obligatorio ofrecer Recargas Automáticas.Sr. Cliente, mientras la recarga está siendo procesada, me gustaría informarle acerca de una promoción que tenemos disponible para usted.
