THE FALL OF THE WESTERN ROMAN EMPIRE

The Roman Empire was one of greater empire of the History. But all that goes up has to go down. In the third century A.D Romefaced many problems. The Roman Empire fall because of the introduction of Christianity. Other caused of why the Roman Empire fall was because corruption existed .The roman government was not stable,and other empire start invading their territory .

Based on document 2 the Roman Empire fall because of the introduction of Christianity. The Roman army was a very important part of the RomanEmpire. Rome was the super power of its time, and the strength and size of the empire was made possible by the army. The empire stretched from what is now Great Britain to Northern Africa and parts of theMiddle East. These lands were conquered by Rome, and that would not have been possible without its army. The army protected the city of Rome as well .Jesus, the prophet of the Christianity religionwas born in Rome in this period, the golden age of Rome. Jesus began to preach the word of God, telling the Romans how they should be good Christians by doing good actions. Also he taught the 10commandments which were to be completed after death to go to heaven with God his father. One of the commandments said, no kill. The roman citizens including soldiers start to follow this laws. The bestsoldiers of the Roman empire had quit to their job and start following the Christianity Religion. The Roman government was not happy with this because if their soldiers stop fighting, they will no moreinvading and conquering other lands, they were going to loss power. Fearful of the growing power of Jesus and his disciples, the roman governor of Palestine arrested Jesus as political rebel andordered that he will be crucified. After this The roman army grew weaker and weaker and enemies empire start to attack.
