I believe that the video although it may not be included in the book plays an essential role in explaining the people that intend to become leaders what is needed in order to change their ways inorder to become that leadership model. In the previous module one learned how to initiate a movement; one learned that in order to motivate people around our work, one is to enter into a phase of selfreflection, where one becomes one with the activities one practices, and start behaving thinking more on one’s objectives as a part of the organization. Also, in this process, the leader gets soinvolved with his/her role that every time that he/she grows, his/her actions become more effective, for dictating him/her as a more important element of the team, and ad the same time creating a cycle wherehe/she will grow together with his/her responsibilities as a team member, which, will inspire coworkers, and force them to enter into reflective action state in order to keep the organization movingforward therefore making the first individual a leader.

If all the workers keep the movement forward, they are to be defined for their actions in the team to a level so high thatcould be called “authentic engagement”; the workers are involved to the organization to such extent that they are now one with their position because they are defined by it, and it defines them. Theactions in the group become part of the identity of the individuals in the movement, which allows them to continue with love for what they are doing making it easier for them to perform thus they areexploiting their strengths and building momentum, which will cause the movement to have a greater impact within the institution. The video talks of how people become so attached to some of theirbehaviors that they are defined by them, however, that can also present a humongous difficulty because even though it can be used as an agent of change, it can also stop it; workers may have bad habits that...
