Concept:
Violence is an everyday part of our lives. It is a manifestation that occurs in all social, economic andcultural. This is shown also in the institutions. Such violence was concealed, denied, silenced for years by educators and authorities, but to prevent and suppress such violence that has only worsen
Wemust face this problem that is growing every day. Confront means to recognize, analyze and act on it, this is a way to work in prevention.
The problem must be taken without drama, but firmly and in allits magnitude. We must avoid the fear and anxiety that violence occurs to avoid falling into impotence and act from a position that allows us to deal with reflexive approaches consistent withtheir complexity

Conflict:
Conflicts should not be deleted or excluded because in this way can become destructive and must be addressed constructively.
To resolve conflict constructively is necessary toestablish a cooperative context and this is:
*Positive interdependence.
*Group work
*The goal should be in groups.
*Teaching to negotiate to resolve a problem.
*Understanding that beingin agreement or disagree with each other's ideas does not imply rejection of him.
*Learning to specify their desires, feelings and needs.
*Present their own reasons and listen to others.
