DISAWET PY / NE / EX


DESCRIPTION

DISAWET PY/NE/EX is a powerfuldispersing agent, recommended for the eliminination of resins and natural contaminants in the production of cellulose and cellulosic fiber-based paper, as well as cleaning all of the impurities from theuse of recycled materials. It helps eliminate specks, pitches, sticks, hot-melts and paraffins, with strong action to disaggregate and de-ink the fibers in these processes, principally when materialsare treated with waterproofing products, fixing agents, humidity resistance resins, acrylics and their combination with paraffins.

The product is a surfactant composed of a base of detergents,wetting agents, emusifiers and dispersants, without foam formation. Its surfactant action can remove as well as maintain in an emulsion or dispersion oils, lubricants, waxes, adhesives and contaminants ofall types present in the pulp. Consequently, it emulsifies lubricants and oils that are difficult to remove, especially if they are not saponifiable. It is to be used in all cases where it is necessaryto remove mineral oils, inks and various residues.

DISAWET PY/NE/EX can be used in a wide range of pH and temperatures, not being susceptible to water hardness and being stable in the presence ofoxidizing and reduction agents. Its addition to the process can occur in the hydrapulper as well as in the pulp box(es).
