Chapter 1-2: This chapter shows the place and the time that the story takes place:
• England and France in 1775.
• France extreme violence andwitness handmade of the guillotine and French Revolution.
• Saint Antoine is a neighbor of poor people in France.
• A wine barrel is watered and desperate people drink it from the ground.While the shop owner sees (Defarge)
• Defarge is taking care of Dr Manette recently released of the jail (Bastille).
• Dr Manette pass the time making shoes (he learnt in jail)
•Mr. Jarvis Lorry and Lucie (his daughter) traveled to France to recognize the Doctor.
Chapter 3-7: The Judge of Charles Darnay:
• Charles Darnay is young French aristocratic.• Darnay is tried for giving confidential information of the British troops to the French.
• Darnay meet Dr Manette and Lucie Manette during the trip from England to France.• The Manettes declared in favor of Darnay.
• Darnay left France soon after the mistreatment of his family to the poor people.
• Darnay´s real name is Evrémonde.• The marquis carriage run over a child.
Chapter 8-9: Darnay and Carton in love with Lucie?
• Darnay went to England for two basics objectives, to teach French and literature and also todeclare his love to Lucie.
• Darnay visited Lucie but he found out Dr. Manette, they start to talk and Darnay confess the doctor that he is in love of her daughter.
• Doctor start to beworried because if Lucie get out of his life he is going to lose the memory and his life.
• Charles Darnay wants to tell the doctor his real name (Evrémonde).
• Dr Manette makes him promisethat his going to tell him his real name in the morning of the weeding.
• Lucie was sorry of Carton, he confess his love to her.
