I. La Tierra, un lugar que no tiene nada de especial.

Las culturas antiguas concluyeron que la Tierra era el centro del Universo, un centro inmóvil, que se mantenía estático.
Copérnico descubrió que era el Sol y no la Tierra el que debería considerarse el centro natural de las órbitas de los planetas, incluida la Tierra.
La Tierra se mueve a más cienmil kilómetros por hora en su órbita alrededor del Sol. Lo hace de manera fluida y continua, no percibimos su veloz movimiento.
El Sol contiene el 99.9% de la masa total del Sistema Solar se halla en su centro. La fuerza que la Tierra, pero debido a la mucha mayor masa del Sol, éste casi no se ve afectado.
