Resumen
2 cucharadas de harina de avena de molienda media - 1 taza de nata - 2 cucharadas de miel - 1 cucharada de whisky - 2 cestitas de 250 g de frambuesas - 2 cucharadas de coposde avena tostados.
Coloque la harina de avena en un recipiente pequeño y caliéntela a fuego lento 5 minutos sin dejar de remover hasta que se tueste.
En otro bowl, bata la nata con una batidoraeléctrica. Añada la miel y el whisky y bata bien. Con una cuchara metálica, incorpore la harina de avena tostada,que se habrá dejado enfriar, a la nata.
En seis copas de postre altas, disponga capasde nata y frambuesas, terminando con una capa de nata. Métalas en la heladera 2 horas. Sírvalas espolvoreadas con copos de avena tostados.
