BEAR?!
Once I felt the sun in my eyes when I woke up I knew summer had arrived. I went outside and the rays of the sun hit by body like gunshots, telling me he was there, showing his presence,wanting me to know it was going to cause problems.
I headed to my friends’ house and invited them to go swimming with me and they answered happily, “YES”. I could see that they really wanted to go by thesweat running down their faces. So we packed up some supplies and fishing net and headed off to the lake. But to get there we had to ride our bikes up a huge mountain. We had never ridden up thatmountain and didn’t know anything about it.
Half way there we got tired, we got off our bikes and we were thinking we may never reach our destination. But one of my friends said to not give up becausewe were had gone so far and couldn’t give up. So we continued on toward the lake. When we finally did get there we were sweating harder than the rain in spring. It seemed we were the only ones therebut we saw something in the water, and out of the clear blue water popped out a guy. We ignored him and he left. We got in the water and felt the freshness of the water surrounding our body, sorefreshing.
It got pretty late so we got out and took out some fishing equipment that we had carried along, but it seemed the fish weren’t interested in our worms. So we stopped trying to catch them andsaw some little crabs, so we tried getting them many different ways. I even had token my shirt off and tried to grab them with it. It seemed nothing was going to work so we all decided to go back home.As soon as we were packing up we heard a weir sound, but we ignored it. Then the sound got closer and closer until we I heard, “BEAR!” We forgot all about the fishing equipment and sprinted off inour bikes, hoping it wouldn’t follow us. We kept looking back thinking it was still following us. So I guess I looked back and dint see in front of me, and “CRASH.” The next thing I remembered was...
