INTRODUCTION
Cuando se habla de animales salvajes todos tenemos la impresión que son animales peligrosísimos: pensamos en leones en la selva, osos, tigres, etc.
When it comes to wild animals all have the impression thatthey are very dangerous animals: think of lions in the jungle, bears, tigers, etc...
Pero no todos los animales salvajes son peligrosos. De hecho, todos los animales fueron salvajes alguna vez.
But not all wild animals are dangerous. In fact, all animals were once wild.
Los animales salvajes son sencillamente animales que viven en la naturaleza y que sobreviven por sus propios medios: cazando,pescando o comiendo vegetales.
Wild animals are just animals living in the wild and survive on their own: hunting, fishing or eating vegetables.
Los gatos, los perros, los caballos,... todos eran animales salvajes antes de ser domesticados por el hombre. De hecho, todavía quedan especies de caballos salvajes en el mundo y no por ello son peligrosos para el hombre.
Cats, dogs, horses,... were allwild animals before being domesticated by man. In fact, there are still species of wild horses in the world and are therefore not dangerous to humans.


TIGRE DE BENGALA
BENGAL TIGER
El tigre de Bengala, también conocido como tigre de Bengala real o tigre indio es una subespecie de tigre que habita en la India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bután, Birmania y Tíbet.
The Bengala Tiger, also known asRoyal Bengal Tiger or Indian tiger is a tiger subspecies inhabiting India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Burma and Tibet.
Es la subespecie más numerosa y conocida de tigre, y se encuentra en una gran variedad de hábitats, incluyendo sabanas y bosques tropicales y subtropicales. Su piel es generalmente de color naranja o leonado.
It is the largest and known subspecies of tiger and is found in a varietyof habitats, including savannas and tropical and subtropical forests. Their fur is usually orange or fawn.

CROCODILE
Los cocodrilos son una familia de reptiles arcosaurios comúnmente conocidos como cocodrilos. Incluye a 14 especies actuales de grandes reptiles semiacuáticos.
The crocodilians are a family of reptiles known as archosaurs commonly crocodiles. Includes current 14species of large semi-aquatic reptiles.
Los cocodrilos tienden a congregarse en hábitats de agua dulce como ríos, lagos, humedales y algunas veces en agua salobre.
Crocodiles tend to congregate in freshwater habitats like rivers, lakes, wetlands and sometimes in brackish water.
Se alimentan principalmente de vertebrados - peces, reptiles y mamíferos, y algunas veces de invertebrados - moluscosy crustáceos, según la especie.
They feed mostly on vertebrates - fish, reptiles and mammals, sometimes on invertebrates - mollusks and crustaceans, depending on species.

LION
El león es un mamífero carnívoro de la familia de los félidos y una de las 4 especies del género Panthera.
The lion is a carnivorous mammal of the Felidae family and one of the four species of the genusPanthera.
Algunos machos, excepcionalmente grandes, llegan a pesar hasta 250 kg, lo que los convierte en el segundo félido viviente más grande después del tigre.
