History of Rock
Introduction
I decided to talk about rock, because it's my favorite music. For me it's the best music and my idols are rock musicians. I also will talk about rock history, becauseit is one of the few genres that endured for generations and I will mention to the best bands and musicians than changed to the rock in almost six decades. I'm just going to talk about my favoritebands and subgenres of rock.

Body
The rock is a musical genre emerged in the early 50's in the USA. For many experts the genre started from the first songs of Elvis Presley in 1954. In this epochappeared great musicians as Chuck Berry, Bo Diddley, Little Richard, Bill Haley, Buddy Holly and Ritchie Valens.
In the early years of the decade of the 60's get to the USA the "British Invasion", withseveral bands and musicians of great importance as The Beatles, The Who, Rolling Stones and The Yardbirds.
In this decade, the rock along with the apparition of hippie culture gave rise to psychedelicrock exponents like Jimi Hendrix, Carlos Santana Band, Cream, Frank Zappa Mother of invention, Creedence Clearwater Revival and Led Zeppelin. So far, Led Zeppelin is known as "the fathers of metal”.The next decade is marked by the appearance of great subgenres as the black metal and the punk, with Black Sabbath, Ramones, The Clash and Sex Pistols. In this epoch arise big bands as Led Zeppelin,Deep Purple, Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd and Queen.
In the early 70's, it was also the birth of the Hard Rock which will then be the basis for the metal, in this line include bands as AD / DC,Aerosmith, KISS, Motorhead, Scorpions and Nazareth. Are also the pioneers of heavy metal, as UFO, Judas Priest and Rainbow. It's that time great bands are influenced by the rhythm of reggae, this comes fromJamaica by the popularity of Bob Marley.
