Overview
The Quidway® AR18 Series Fixed Interface SOHO/SMB AccessRouters are designed to provide a cost-effective integrated access platform for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB) and Small Offices Home Offices (SOHO). The AR18 series routers include the AR181xmodels (AR18-10, AR18-12), the AR18-2x models (AR18-21, AR18-22, AR18-22s-8), and the AR18-3x models (AR18-30E, AR18-31E, AR18-32E, AR18-33, AR18-33E, AR18-34, AR18-34E, AR18-35E).

The AR18-3x routers provide an integrated xDSL WAN port and four-port fast Ethernet interfaces along with an ISDN BRI S/T interface for backup. Customers canflexibly select ADSL2+ over POTS, ADSL2+ over ISDN, G.SHDSL or common ISDN as WAN link. The AR18-2x routers provide 10/100BASE-TX Ethernet WAN interfaces. By configuring Point-to-Point Protocol overEthernet (PPPoE), hosts in a LAN can access the Internet via Ethernet and the monitoring and accounting functions can be implemented on every access host.
