ivRESUMEN
El arrendamiento financiero es una alternativa de financiamiento que tiene
muchos años de vigencia en el país. Las medianas y grandes empresas
conocen de sus ventajas y lo utilizan cada vez que requieren de
financiamiento para la adquisición de activos fijos. Sin embargo, existen
muchos factores que “limitan” el acceso a esta línea de financiamiento por
parte de la micro y pequeña empresa.Teniendo el panorama de la informalidad que existe en la actualidad y que
es muy significativa en el país, ya que estudios especializados indican que
superan el 70% en las MYPES. En tal sentido, las consecuencias de esta
informalidad es que no tendrán acceso a fuente de financiamientos formales,
perjudicando la competencia leal, al vender sin los comprobantes de pagos
respectivos e inclusiveperjudican a sus trabajadores, al no gozar de sus
beneficios laborales que por ley le corresponde.

SUMMARY
Leasing is a financing alternative that has many years of existence in the
country. Medium and big companies are aware of their advantages and they
use them whenever they require financing for the acquisition of fixed assets.
However, there are many factors that "limit" the access to this lineof funding
from the micro and small enterprises.
According specialized study, the informality that exists nowadays in this
country is very significant because it is over 70% of MSEs. The
consequences of this informality is that it will have access to formal sources
of financing; damage fair competition, selling without the respective payment
vouchers and also harm their workers by not enjoy...
