Do you know something about politcs ? Do you like politics? Well if you don’t like it I understand you, before preparing this public speaking I didn’t like it. My name is Carlos delPedregal and I would like to make some comments of politics.

Politics consist in administratengthe laws of the country. In Chile there are many politics parties that day bi day fight with each otherand also the parties that are enemies of the official party that now are assistans of the president, as you can see it looks really boring from the point of view of someone who don’t know anything aboutpolitics. But when you are involved in politics or have a knowledge of it it becomes really interesting.

Also in politics they are not enough words to express the felling that people have whentalk about politics or that have when they lose or win a election. For this if you want to have this beatifull feelin what better than involucrate at politics. For example the politics don’t have aprofession of politics they first study a profession and after of this they involucred in the politics. So if you want to be a politic don’t care about you could lost your job because you doesn’t have tostudy for it. Now you are asking what really is politics? Well politics is the science of government; that part of ethics which has to do with the regulation and government of a nation or state, thepreservation of its safety, peace, and prosperity, the defense of its existence and rights against foreign control or conquest, the augmentation of its strength and resources, and the protection of itscitizens in their rights, with the preservation and improvement of their morals.
The management of a political party; the conduct and contests of parties with reference to political measures or theadministration of public affairs; the advancement of candidates to office; in a bad sense, artful or dishonest management to secure the success of political candidates or parties; political trickery....
