But lately the arch-rival, Android phonemarket Samsung Electronics Company is believed tohave sold around 50 million smartphones for the quarter. It means that it is out-selling Apple Company. So with this problem of patents that is happening actually both companies have a high risk tolose some of their products.

Apple and Samsung accuse each other for violate the patented technology of their smart phones and tablets, but both are located in the same place to justice.
