Definition of Scanning
Scanning is a skill that requires you to read quickly in the search for specific information. To scan a reading text, you must start at the top of the page and then move youreyes quickly to the bottom. In general, exploration is a technique that is useful when you are looking for an answer to a question known. This is especially useful when taking a test.
