Once upon a time in a little plant home, Droplet stepped out of his house, and he felt something was wrong…He saw his home get farther and farther away, and wondered what was happening.He remembered that he had been taught by his mom that if you feel something pulling you lower from your home, that you should get to your house immediately, but it was too late. He rememberedit was called surface runoff, when the molecules drift to the lowlands.

As he went down, he sped up until he reached a lowland full of molecules from all places in all sizes and shapes, insearch of their home. Suddenly, a strange light beamed through the clouds and all the molecules started to rise high into the air. Right now, getting home was the least of Droplet’s worries.All the molecules rose, until they got to a weird “party” of molecules in the air called a cumulus. He asked someone what was going on, and they told Droplet it was called evaporation, aprocess in which molecules rise and join together in a cloud.

The billions of trillions of molecules traveled through massive distances, and as they moved, it was like they were recruitingmore and more molecules.

Suddenly, there was a shock, and the molecules suddenly were being divided into groups of thousands and going down in massive speeds because of the huge amount ofmolecules, the cumulus couldn’t hold the molecules anymore!

Suddenly, every molecule had joined with others to form raindrops, and they were all going at speeds you would think impossiblefor a raindrop. After a couple of minutes, everyone crashed and were nowhere to be seen.

Once we crash-landed, we decided we had to coexist, and decided to make a home and try to survivein the wilderness, lost.

After months, a scouting molecule found us lost and he took us to a hospital, where we gathered all the water we had lost and we were returned to our homes.
