Re: Bill to amend section 5 unnumbered
From my observations, for me you have a very good proposal for the billto amend section 5 of the unnumbered Reform Act Title V, Book II, of the Code of childhood and adolescence. We're in the office doing paperwork for the fastest way to be able to pass this bill andthe law is reformed and the Organic Code of childhood and adolescence. Because they meet the requirements to make such a proposal, as are the signatures of representatives. In the shortest time possiblehope will be approved.
We know that the state's highest duty is to respect and uphold the rights guaranteed in the constitution. Therefore the proposal on Book II of Title V on the right to food isin application and development of explicit rules. I think it's great because this proposal is to provide adequate protection to children who require the provision of food, stating that in case ofabsence, incapacity, or disability inadequate resources of the parents who are the principals, the competent authority order that such provision of food is paid by one or more other family forcedconsidered subsidiary. Establishing the order this way: grandparents, brothers and sisters and uncles and aunts.
It is noteworthy that these rules have certain limitations and requirements for establishingsubsidiaries those obligations, but of which some authorities at the time of application have made mistakes and injustices, and that's what the law should avoid this drawbacks.
The above legalstandard should be improved and clarified in some respects, including the details necessary to prevent undue interpretations that can generate these unjust rulings. Without going too far as the case of theold man who died under house arrest, succumbed to pressure by the inability to comply because of its necessity.
