The answer of these questions may help you to decide in what category you are more interested and prepared to be a good teacher.
One category that you could chooseis languages. In this, you can decide to teach different languages like French, Spanish, English, Chinese, etc. For example, Mary chose to study French and she said that she wanted that because when she taught this course she needed to include different materials like maps, books and interned to show at students pages about the new culture. In addition, she liked to learn new customs and newexperiences.
The second category is science; in this you can choose different courses like biology, chemistry, physics and math. These courses are a little difficult because they need a lot of concentration and for that you need too much energy and use different strategies to get the student’s attention. This category is better for the ones who like numbers, and everything related with combinations,formulas, etc, also if you are a curious person and like to know why everything happen in the world.

The third category is humanities and arts in this category you can choose from history, literature, psychologist to dance and theater. This category is better for the ones who like to read a lot and have a big capacity to understand and relate things. However, you need to know about differentcourses of science but not in a high level.
In conclusion, if you want to be a good teacher you need to decide and choose what things make you happy and when you teach you’ll feel more comfortable and everything that you do will become easy. Like Juan said “I’m happy teaching literature because I like to read novels”.

The third factor is the curriculum. There are different schools that are very worried about that because it depends on the curriculum to the student can understand all topics that they need to know. Because there are some schools that don´t have a good curriculum, and the student has big problems when they start a new course or the sequence of one coursebecause their previous teacher didn´t teach him all the necessary points to understand the second course.
To conclude, there are different factors that affect the student success. It is important to know these factors and try to use it in the best way for the student could follow their dreams and not to be frustrated in their life.
