The First Impression Cycle in Customer Service
Hal Larson is a superficial man who is just interested in physically beautiful women, and based on this premise he is trying to find his soulmate, but so far he hasn´t have good luck. Even, when he would like to see them for their inner beauty, the first impression always gets in the way. One day, by a twist of fate, Hal meets the well-knownAmerican life coach Tony Robbins who after a short conversation hypnotizes him into only seeing people’s inner beauty. Afterward, Hal falls in love with Rosemary, his boss’s daughter. She is very fat,but due the charm he sees her like the most gorgeous woman in the world because of her kind and nice personality. Since he cannot see her appearance, he is able to see the most importantcharacteristic in a person: her soul. At the beginning, Rosemary thinks Hal is not being honest, but later she realizes that what he is feeling is true and deep love.
