RESUMEN
El problema deinvestigación que se formuló en el estudio fue: ¿Existe relación entre el Servicio Educativo y el Rendimiento Académico en Investigación en estudiantes del V nivel del Instituto Superior Pedagógico Privado “San Juan de Iquitos” en el año 2010?, para la solución del problema se planteó la hipótesis: Existiría relación significativa entre el Servicio Educativo y el Rendimiento Académico en Investigaciónen estudiantes del V nivel del Instituto Superior Pedagógico Privado “San Juan de Iquitos” en el año 2010.
El método que se empleó fue el de la investigación cuantitativa y el diseño fue de la investigación no experimental de tipo correlacional transversal.
La población la conformó 71 estudiantes del V nivel de las carreras profesionales de Educación Inicial, Idiomas Extranjeros,Computación e Informática que llevaron la asignatura de investigación y la muestra la conformó el 100% de la población, seleccionado intencionalmente.
Las técnicas que se emplearon en la recolección de los datos fueron: la encuesta y el análisis documental y los instrumentos fueron: El Cuestionario y el Acta de Evaluación.
Los resultados muestran que X2c = 14.42 > X2t = 7.81, X2c ≠X2t, gl = 3, ( = 0.05% lo que permitió aceptar la hipótesis de la investigación.
ABSTRACT
The investigation’s problem formulated in this study was: Exist relationship between the educative service and academic performance at investigation on students from V level – superior pedagogic private institute san Juan – Iquitos in 2010? The method used was from the quantitative investigation and the design was the not experimental of correlacional transversely type.
Population was made up by 71 students from V level ofprofessional’s career from initial education, foreign language, computation and informatics who took the investigation subject and the proof was made up by the 100% of the population intentionally selected.
On the compilation of the information was used the survey and the documentary analysis technique and the instrument were the questionnaire and the evaluation record.
