This research is the importance of the life history of Juan Rojas Chavez, a successful entrepreneur with experience in the business world, and isthe administrator of one of the Institutes of haute cuisine and bartender "Le Grand Gourmet". Therefore, the main objective is to determine the values that influenced the successful development of thecompany. The methodology used in this research includes observation, interviews (asking questions) and field logbook. From the information obtained through the interview, he collected the experiencesthat had the businessman since the formation of the company until today, thereby determining that perseverance, responsibility and respect are the most important values of a company. In short, the lifestory of John Rojas Chavez gave us very important information on the formation of a company as the proper use of these values guide mentioned allowed the road to success.
