CONSTRUCTION MANUAL SEATS.

OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT:

The construction of seats for students of the institution have to sit either in the time of recess,free time or events.

MATERIALS:
Cordless-drill or jackhammer.
-Step drills or drills for aluminum.
-4 Desks.
-Screws, nuts, and washers (those required to use).
-Emery.INSTRUCTIONS:

1 .- Select the desks to use.
2 .- To clean the desks.
3.- Cut the top of the desks.
4 .- Cut sharp edges that resulted after cutting.
5 .- Make 2 holesin each leg of the desk to use.
6 .- Screws to the thickness of the drill used to make holes.
7 .- On each screw to put a washer on the part where the nut will go.
8 .-Ensure that banks are properly balanced to ground level.
9 .- Conduct the necessary tests.
10 .- Delivery.

CONCLUSIONS OF THE STUDY:

The construction of the seats showed thecreative side of each team to the collaboration between members of each team and the interest shown in the preparation of the project.

COMMENTS:

1 .- The management toolused (the drill and the wheel) require special care when put to use if not used with responsibility and care serious accidents could occur.
2 .- The selection of differentthicknesses using worm was a bit difficult since that if selected a very thin screw this was not going to hold and use as large if the screw would entail an additional cost thatdrill used was of a thickness of 5 / 16 thick with a length of 2. "
3 .- finished grading of the seats was an additional challenge because they were slightly on uneven ground.
