Band Simple Plan is a French-Canadian pop-punk-rock de Montréal, Québec. The band has not changed its members since 1999. The members are Pierre Bouvier(vocals), Jeff Stinco (guitar), Sebastien Lefebvre (rhythm guitar, vocals), David Desrosiers (bass, vocals) and Chuck Comeau (drums, percussion).

Training (1999-2002)

Simple Plan began in 1996 with theformation of commercial purposes of a band called Reset by Pierre Bouvier, Chuck Comeau, Philippe Jolicoeur, and Adrian White.1 Reset toured Canada with bands such asMxPx, Ten Foot Pole, and Face to Face, but only managed a fairly successful debut album modesto.2, No Worries, was released in 1999, and Comeau soon left theband to go to school.Two years later he met in high school Jeff Stinco and Sebastien Lefebvre who were in different bands, and combined to create the band. Pao
In August 2008, "I Can Wait Forever" was chosen as the theme song for the series of the anime in Animax 
In October 2008 the band recorded their ownversion of Hockey Theme.11 
Since the NHL season in 2008-09, the song "Generation" is part of the song when the team makes a goal.
