RESUMEN
Este proyecto consiste en eldesarrollo de un Sistema de Gestión de Información Web, cuya función principal es dar una herramienta para la gestión operativa de las Empresas Contratistas que prestan servicios al Departamento de Redes de Essbio S.A. permitiendo a esta un seguimiento de los trabajos realizados por los Contratistas y brindando la capacidad de ponderarlos. Además aporta con el manejo de materiales entre la Empresamandante y Contratista.
La idea principal del Sistema de Gestión de Contratistas Directos, llamado de ahora en adelante “S.G.C. Directo”, es ser una aplicación de fácil utilización e implementación.
Para el desarrollo de S.G.C. Directo se empleó metodologías dirigidas a la Programación Orientada a Objeto y a la arquitectura de sistemas en capas. Estas se implementaron utilizando patrones dediseño MVC y DAO.
SUMMARY

Also provideswith the management of materials between the company's principal and contractor. The main idea of direct contractors management system from now called S.G.C. Directo on is be an application easy to use and deployment. For the development of direct S.G.C. employment methodologies aimed at the Object Oriented Programming and the systems architecture called model view-controller.
