Background
In today’s world, we are finding new ways to apply Laser Technology to benefit our patients and our practices. A few yearsback, applying Laser Technology to Gynaecologic procedures and benefiting from it, we decided to do something that had not been done before. Laser Assisted C Sections and Laser Assisted VaginalDelivery with Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation.
Purpose
We applied Laser Technology to Obstetrics. We have benefited so much from this, that we have abandoned the use of the scalpel, scissors andelectrocautery units.
Controversy. A natural reaction to new methods and the unknown. So there will always be the question of, WHY?.
In this presentation we will answer this question, and mention theindications for a Laser Assisted C Section. They are the following:

• Pre-Eclampsia
• Anaemia
• HIV positive patient
• Hepatitis B
• Hepatitis C
• HEELP Syndrome
• Dengue Fever
• Bleedingdisorders
• Patients who refuse blood Transfusions for Religious believes (Jehovah Witness),

and any patient who wants to benefit from bloodless, painless procedures with sixteen less complications.Material and Methods
In this presentation all patient where in the age group of 18 to 35 years and 37 to 40 weeks pregnancy. All patient had one of the above mention pathologies. We used the LaasogSystem to perform all C Sections.
Results Discussion and Conclusion
The use of Laser, modified incisions, special retractors that produce less aggression and protect the fetus, suture lessclosure of the skin are associated with minimal bleeding during the proceedure less tissue damage, less inflammation, less traumatic surgical instruments, a reduction in 16 post operative complications...
