The following resources are suitable for Kids, Teenagers, Youngsters, and Adults. Learning a foreign language is amatter of many factors involved. Firstly, motivation must spring from within. Learners are responsible for what they do or do not do. Secondly, commitment refers to the interest they show as they approach both the language and their cultures. Thirdly, the resources or learning materials, at hand, per se, do not make any good unless they are accordingly selected, explored and handled, based on theirage, interest, needs, motivation and outcomes they are expected to achieve once they have been tried and tested. Finally, they should take advantage as much as possible of the resources which best fit and suit their personality traits and communicative needs.
