When you are waiting your package what care you the most is to get it on time and good conditions, but now these companies provide you a trackingnumber and you can check where your box is and ask for information if you see something strange in the travel.
Trustworthy Service is essential to retaining customers. Keep your word, if youpromise something to your customer and you do not keep it you will lose them. In fact if you can do more and they will be pleased. To be a trustworthy company can bring you more customers.
How many timeshave you been mad of a fast food delivery company? If they have warned you about the delay, do you still be mad?
