Documental map to support the research management and publication about heath in Ciego de Avila

Resumen
En el presente trabajo mostramos la confección de un mapa documental a partir de la información obtenida sobre proyectos de investigación, publicaciones y otros documentos que se encuentran en las fuentes digitales y del CPICM de Ciego de Ávila.Para su construcción utilizamos el programa MIndjet MindManager por las facilidades que brinda en la confección de organigramas con relaciones jerárquicas en las cuales se puede mostrar la información, al mismo tiempo que puede agregarse contenido a medida que aparece nueva información. Hasta el momento, con la confección del mapa hemos podido facilitar la ubicación y concertación de recursosdocumentales en los procesos de transferencia del conocimiento, ddeterminar los flujos de información y las necesidades prácticas respecto a la gestión del conocimiento para el fomento de la investigación y la publicación, evaluar el conocimiento disponible e identificar el conocimiento necesario a partir del conocimiento que se obtuvo en el proceso previo de auditoría entre otras acciones.Es nuestro interés que el mapa, que hoy es una herramienta para un entorno exclusivo de la investigación y la publicación sobre salud en la provincia a través de la intranet del CPICM, constituya el sustento de un sistema de gestión que conecte a todos los agentes que conforman el universo de la Ciencia y Tecnología sobre salud en la provincia para integrar los conocimientos generados a travésde la investigación

Abstract
A DOCUMENTAL MAP IS SHOWN STARTING FROM THE INFORMATION OBTAINED ABOUT RESEARCH PROJECTS, PUBLICATIONS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE IN CIEGO DE ÁVILA MEDICAL SCIENCES PROVINCIAL INFORMATION CENTER AND SOME DIGITAL SOURCES.
For its construction we used the program MIndjetMindManager by the facilities that it offers in the organizational chart preparation with hierarchic relations in which, information can be shown and new content can be added at the same time. Thus far, with the confection of this map the location and agreement of documentary resources has been facilitated in the processes of knowledge transference, to determine the flows of information and thepractical needs with respect to the management of knowledge for the promotion of investigation and publication, to evaluate the information available and to identify the necessary knowledge from the knowledge that was obtained in the previous process of audit among other actions. It is intended that this map, which is now a tool for an exclusive research and publishing environment in Ciego de Ávilathrough the Provincial Information Center intranet, be the support for a management system to connect all the agents that conform science and technology universe on health in this province so as to integrate the generated- through- research knowledge

1. INTRODUCCIÓN.

EN EL CENTRO PROVINCIAL DE INFORMACIÓN DE CIENCIASMÉDICAS DE CIEGO DE ÁVILA DESDE EL 2005 SE ESTÁ DESARROLLANDO UN PROYECTO DE GESTIÓN PARA LA INVESTIGACIÓN Y LA PUBLICACIÓN SOBRE SALUD ENTENDIDO COMO INICIATIVA DE GESTIÓN DEL CONOCIMIENTO (GC). ESTE PROYECTO INCLUYE EN SUS ETAPAS LA AUDITORÍA Y CONSTRUCCIÓN DEL MAPA DEL CONOCIMIENTO, LO CUAL TIENE COMO PRECEDENTE EL ANÁLISIS SOBRE NECESIDADES DE INFORMACIÓN DE LOS USUARIOS QUE SE REALIZA...
