There are three main problems are: crime, drugs and domestic violence.

Puerto Rico is known for being a tropical island with an attribute that otherislands do not have. Thanks to financial support of the United States, Puerto Rico's economy is a little more stable than other islands. But like everything, Puerto Rico has many social problems that aredamaging the natural beauty of the island. These problems make Puerto Rico to be seen otherwise. In the news focuses much on the problems affecting the country. There are three mainproblems are: crime, drugs and domestic violence.

The first problem in Puerto Rico is criminality. Crime does not respect age, sex and social status, poor, rich, middle class, elderly, children and youngpeople are attacked by it. No one is saved from the evil that envelops the island around the love of money and power. The most regrettable thing is that the innocent pay because criminals do not care who isin the middle to kill them the way. We have lost the respect for human life. This brings more problems for the residents of the island do not want to go out forfear. What makes the economy is affected because I did not visit restaurants and shopping malls and other places which affect the economy of the municipalities.

The next problem is drugs. The transfer of drugs has enveloped the island sothat young people do not want to study and work to get the life easier. It is faster to sell drugs and money moves better and faster. Thus, the murders are the order of the day and all for thecontrol of the drug points. According to the police report so far this year has been over 192 murders and killings on the island of Puerto Rico. What is a very high number and most unfortunate that van on therise.
