General Cargo / Consignment Security Declaration

On Groupsubsidiaries and affiliated companies, the undersigned hereby declares that:

1. The cargo dispatched by comes from customers that are known to us. To the best of our knowledge, the cargois as stated and safe for carriage.

2. The consignments dispatched by have been prepared in secured premises by reliable staff and from the time the cargo was under Kuehne + Nagel directcustody and control the consignments were protected against unauthorised interference during the preparation, storage and transportation.

3. To the best of our knowledge theconsignments do not contain any personal goods and/or unaccompanied baggage to be transported as cargo.

4. In the case where one or several individual shipments do not comply with any statementsmade under the above mentioned articles 1 – 3 of this General Cargo Security Declaration, the individual shipment(s) concerned will be marked accordingly and tendered separately with aSecurity Declaration in the attached format. We agree that these shipments are subject to additional security measures.

5. Any compulsory legislation or mandatory law applicable to thisdeclaration shall prevail in case of any conflict with the statements made herein.

6. This declaration supersedes any and all previous declarations, oral or written, made with regard tothe subject matter hereof and all previous declarations are nil and void.

7. The declaration is valid for one calendar year and has to be renewed thereafter.

8. Any conflictsconcerning this declaration shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Sole jurisdiction shall be Zurich/Switzerland.
