With the emotion of the London Olympics 2012, all the world was one sports fans. But did you really know what are sports? Sports are an athletic activity requiring skill orphysicals power and often of a competitive nature. In the past, people do sports only for hobbies, not for competition as now. In now a days people make sports because they have the ability,discipline and a lot of passion in what their do.

First, good sportsmen need ability. Ability for what you make ask. Ability to manage their mind, body, feeling and physical condition.Sports are a combination of the above. All of these make allow racing the bar. For example; if Culson, who is the best hurdler in Puerto Rico, did not posses these abilities, he would not won theBronze Medal. Very few sportsmen have that ability, but those who have it are successful.

Second, all people must be disciplined to be someone in the society. Good athletes have todiscipline. Why? Discipline is the assertion of willpower over more base desires, if he did not have these self control, they did not being successful or excellent in sports. An example ofdisciplined is when the athlete have workout or practicing at the same time of a good friend party and desire to go workout instead have fun with her/his friends.

Third, sportsmen have thatsense that makes them smile and live what they do. These are the passion for sports. I believe that passion makes you go forward no matter what. In addition, the passion of the athletes makesthe spectators fell passion too for sports.

As you can see sports is define as an athletic competitive activity that involves a combination of feelings and workout. An excellent athleteor sportsmen should have ability, discipline and tons of passion.
