RESUMEN
El presente ensayo pretende analizar la importancia que tiene el
cumplimento de las normas en la salud ocupacional enfocado a la
prevención de accidentes y riesgos en el sector de consumo masivo y
competitivo a nivel local como son losmercados de la ciudad de Cuenca; de
igual manera se busca comprobar el nivel de seguridad existente en los
establecimientos de análisis.
Este ensayo se tratará de identificar las diferentes acciones que afectan en
el trabajo y la producción, el manejo de materiales, tanto químicos, físicos, o
biológicos; además de algunos aspectos de seguridad en el entorno en el
que se desarrollan dichasactividades para ayudar a las personas que
trabajan y que frecuenta estos sitios.
Una de las metas es mejorar el enfoque que tienen las personas respecto a
estos lugares, remplazando los pensamientos negativos por los positivos de
mejorar estos establecimientos para bien comunitario.

ABSTRACT
This essay aims to analyze the importance of compliance with the standards
in occupational health, focusing on the prevention of accidents and risks in
the consumer sector and competitive locally, as are the markets of the cityof
Cuenca, in similarly seeks check the existing security on analysis facilities.
This essay will attempt to identify the different actions that affect the work
and production, material handling, both chemical, physical, or biological, as
well as some aspects of security in the environment in which these activities
are developed to help the people who work and who frequent these sites.
One goal isto improve the approach of the people have regarding these
places, trying replacing negative thoughts with positive ones to improve these
facilities for community asset.
