Store Planning and Design Coordinator



Position Summary:


• The Coordinator of Store Planning is responsible for support the S.P. Manager with the needs of the Company, onthe development of retail store environments for new stores/corners, major or partial remodels and maintenance projects.

• The incumbent is accountable to organize and supervise the informationand specific processes that will deliver results that can be described as: productive, meaningful, innovative, resourceful, timely and complete.



Essential duties and responsibilities:

•Store design and development: Compile the necessary info (technical, product mix and client’s data) for the ”Architectural Brief” (scope) and assemble all necessary details in order for construction tobegin. Work on layout solutions in AutoCAD and small adjustments to project sent from SFI. Also included is the development of the design that provides specific unique retailing solutions. Requiresthe ability to present design solutions through excellent presentation skills.

• Coordination of Construction documents/process: Supervise/coordinate specific activities and process thatincludes: the site survey; construction visits and provide written and photo reports to S.P. Manager and punch list as requested. Requires collaborative working relationship with internal and external teamsto review and follow required solutions that deliver the design intent in an effective, efficient and productive way. Also includes documents review meetings with the team(s) to ensure that allbuilding and design components are fully integrated with one another.

• Materials orders – Logistic process: Coordinate the materials orders with SFI contact and with Latam suppliers. Review performsvs. Budget; follow the shipment - delivery process.
