The stress and its effects in Young people

Currently, for our way of life we face many stresses. Stress is considered the XXI century disease that afflicts not only adults, but rise to more youngpeople in the school years. It is defined as a state of great stress in the person caused by overwork, anxiety, etc., and that usually manifests in various physical or psychological disorders.
Stressaffects many people in many ways. The term is used to describe external events that make demands of us and the responses those demands trigger. Stress is a normal physical response to things thatthrow our everyday balance off .With busy schedules and the demands of everyday life that we all feel these pressures. The key is recognizing this feeling, and how we deal with it that is most important.This tension can affect your immune system, your nervous system, and eventually, your health in general.
There are two types of stress, good and bad. The good helps you prepare to certainsituations, you get carried away and make better demands. And bad stress can affect your body and mind in ways harmful, damaging your health and make you feel bad, depressed or worried.
What can stress do toyou if it goes on too long?
We have signs that tell us that we're over-stressed. That's the time to deal with it. If we don't deal with it we can eventually become quite ill. Some people say that highstress over a long time and not dealing with it contribute to high blood pressure, cancer and heart attacks.
If we try to pretend to ourselves that it isn't having an effect on us and keep onpretending for too long, we get into the stage where our bodies send us strong messages to stop. If we don't have some ways to deal with stress we can become quite ill.
The message could be:
* physicalexhaustion
* loss of self-confidence
* depression
* hair loss
* skin rashes.
