1- Differences between Learning Style and a Strategy

2- Learning styles can contribute significantly to the construction of a unifiedtheory of Second Language Acquisition (SLA). The individual learning style of a learner will reflect the strategies that he will use to learn a second language. Student’s learning style is related to individual characteristics and preferences, and it reflects the students’ preferences on how they perceive the environment and interact with this.
For example, some students can have a reflective styleand others an impulsive style. The former invariably grows out of a reflective personality or a reflective mood. The latter usually arises out of an impulsive emotional state. In this point is important to remember that people's styles are determined by the way they internalize their total environment.
