COMPARATIVES
Lacomparación siempre se da entre dos elementos pueden ser en: cosas, animales, personas, ciudades, lugares, etc.
Para hacer comparaciones se utilizan adjetivos calificativos; en el ingles losadjetivos calificativos se dividen por su número de silabas en:
* Adjetivos cortos: a los cuales se les agrega la terminación ER y la palabra THAN.
* Si un adjetivo corto termina en consonante yantes de esta va una vocal, se duplica la consonante y después se le agrega er than: Big = Bigger than.
* A los que terminan con “Y” solo se les agrega ier tan: Easy = Easier than.
* Adjetivoslargos: a los cuales se les antepone la palabra MORE y después del adjetivo la palabra THAN.
